Who may use our MREV Services
There are certain requirements for using My Real Estate Video Services (“MREV Services”).
Please read these Terms (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”, “Terms of Use”, “Terms & Conditions”), carefully before using the https://myrevideos.com website (“MREV”, “MREV Services”, “Service’) operated by MREV (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of our MREV Services is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use our Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.
Your Account
When you create an account with MREV, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access our MREV Services and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Business Representation
By registering an Account and Login to access and or use our MREV Services on behalf of any business entity or individual, you are deemed to represent the full authority to act on behalf of that entity or individual and accept this Agreement.
Demonstration and Production Access
Detailed demonstration features of our MREV Services are not available to the general public. All content material used by MREV is simply for visual demonstration purposes and merely serve as examples of MREV applications. They can only be accessed by setting up your Login Account and Password with us in order to access our material, as well to protect your information and content as described in our Privacy Policy. You can always review your privacy settings and manage your data and personalisation by notifying us.
MREV Service Changes
We continually develop and improve our MREV Services to keep pace with online applications and market needs. We strive to be transparent about the reasons why we make changes, as they are designed to deliver you more improved products as technology, devices and consumer online experience evolves.
Your Use of MREV Services
Our MREV Service is structured to receive your Content (images, video clips and text – the “Content”) and craft a finished video using your selected template and voice-over talent from our demonstration catalogue provided. The finished product will be uploaded to your private drop-box we set up for you.
We do not forward the completed Content to any hosting websites nor host or serve this content ourselves.
Content on our MREV Services
Content includes videos, music, voice-overs and other audio such as sound effects. Other Content on our Service includes animated and still graphics, photos, text (including key feature points and scripted narration), branding (including trade names, trademarks, service marks, or logos), interactive features, software, metrics, and other materials whether provided by you or created by us.
Intellectual Property
Our Service and its demonstration content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MREV and its licensors.
Liability for Content
All Content uploaded to our MREV Service is the responsibility of the person or entity that provides it. We assume all Content provided has prior written permission from the respective rights holders. We are under no obligation to ascertain the validity of the Content you provide us, nor its origins, integrity or fitness for purpose. We assume no liability for any of the Content provided, nor any copyright infringements that may be incurred through use of the materials you provide to our MREV Service.
Sales, marketing, promotion or other social media campaigns are not provided as a part of our MREV Service. We only produce the Content as finished products to fulfil your own campaign applications.
Uploading Content
If you have an account with our MREV Service, you can upload Content with your brief and specified requirements at any time. You may use your Content to promote your business, brand, client products or local lifestyle examples using our range of templates. If you choose to upload Content, you must not submit any Content to our MREV Service that does not comply with this Agreement.
You are legally responsible for the Content you submit to our MREV Service. The Content you submit must not include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) unless you have permission from that party or are otherwise legally entitled to do so. We may at our discretion use applications to analyze Content to help detect and protect against infringements or plagiarized content supplied via third-party resources. We are not obliged or legally bound to do this on your behalf.
Warranty Disclaimer
Other than as expressly stated in this Agreement or as required by Australian law, our MREV Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
For example: we don’t make any warranties about the Content you provide to us by way of upload to our MREV Service in regard to: (a) the visual quality, specifications, accuracy or claims made in the Content provided nor (b) its ability to affect specific needs or assured outcomes through use of our MREV Services.
We do not make any claims or commitments in respect to our MREV Services other than they have been specifically crafted as template systems to offer you what we deem to be a cost-effective means to deliver real estate marketing and promotion videos.
Limitation of Liability
Except as required by applicable Australian laws, My Real Estate Video, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents will not be responsible for any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings; loss or corruption of data; indirect or consequential loss; nor punitive damages caused by any:
- inaccuracies, misrepresentation, errors or mistakes as a result of Content provided to or by the MREV Services;
- personal or property damage resulting from your use of the MREV Services;
- unauthorized access to or use of the MREV Services;
- interruption or cessation of the MREV Services;
- malware or viruses transmitted to or through the MREV Services by any third party;
- delays to the MREV Services product fulfilment through late or inaccurate delivery of Content or any requisite approvals of final products.
This Limited Liability provision applies to any claim, regardless of whether the claim asserted is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, to the extent permitted by applicable Australian laws.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable Australian laws, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless My Real Estate Videos, its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the MREV Services; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party. This defence and indemnification obligation will survive this Agreement and your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Agreement Modifications
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We may modify this Agreement to reflect changes to our MREV Services or other industry, online, regulatory, security or hosting service changes that may affect the existing provision of products and services we offer. Any modifications made for legal reasons will be deemed to take effect immediately and without prior notice.
If any Term of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable for any reason, it will not affect any of the other Terms. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Our No Waiver Rights
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. If for any reason we do not exercise our rights immediately for any breach of this Agreement by you, this does not imply we have given up or waivered our rights to take any future action.
Governing Law
Any and all claims arising from or relating to our Terms of Service and this Agreement will be governed by Australian federal laws and determined exclusively in the State of Victoria.
